The new PROSAFE 2026/27 catalogue has been released: from industry selection to new safety footwear models.

10 september 2026
The new edition has become a practical tool for occupational safety specialists, supply chain managers, facility managers, and dealers. It helps them understand the protective properties of products, compare models by configuration, and select safety footwear or clothing for real-world operating conditions.

We'll tell you what's changed in the catalog, what models have been added to the range, and what's worth paying special attention to.

The selection starts not with the article, but with the working conditions

Employees at different facilities face vastly different risks. For some, protection against falling heavy objects is especially important, while for others, it's resistance to oil products, high temperatures, static electricity, or slipping.

Therefore, the new catalog includes an expanded "PRO Industries" section. It helps define the basic requirements for work footwear across twelve industries:
  • mechanical engineering;
  • metallurgy, hot shops and welding works;
  • oil and gas industry;
  • mining industry;
  • chemistry and petrochemistry;
  • energy;
  • outdoor construction;
  • repair and finishing of premises;
  • car repair shops, service stations and car washes;
  • Housing and communal services and improvement;
  • trade, logistics and warehouse complexes;
  • transport, communications and courier services.

This approach simplifies the initial selection and helps move from the general request “need work shoes” to a specific solution.

New safety footwear for welders and metallurgical workers

One of the catalog's key premieres is specialized footwear for businesses where employees work near hot surfaces, sparks, and splashes of molten metal.

The new section features boots 824P and the insulated model 824RNM-1U.
Their design is adapted to the conditions of welding and metallurgical work:
  • the upper is made of genuine leather;
  • Composite toe cap protects toes from impacts with energy up to 200 J;
  • Kevlar anti-puncture insole protects the foot from sharp objects;
  • the front flap covers the lacing area;
  • The quick-release fastener allows you to quickly remove your shoes;
  • The PU/nitrile sole is designed for use in high temperature conditions.
The insulated model features a packet insulation, anti-slip inserts in the sole, and protection from low temperatures down to minus 40°C.

Safety shoes you won't want to take off after your shift

Another notable area of the new release is universal protective "From work to home" shoes.
Models 754TKV, 833 and 834 visually resemble modern everyday sneakers, but at the same time retain the necessary protective properties.

The 833 features a composite toe cap, a Kevlar penetration-resistant insole, a rubber outsole, and a Velcro closure. The 834 features a breathable mesh upper, lace-up closure, a dual-layer PU/PU outsole, a composite toe cap, and a Kevlar insole.

The basic idea behind the new series is simple: employees no longer have to choose between safety and a modern look. This footwear is suitable for warehouses, logistics facilities, service departments, light manufacturing plants, and other workplaces where protection, mobility, and comfort throughout the shift are essential.

A new direction - footwear for clean industrial environments

Catalogue 2026/27 introduces for the first time a special series of white work footwear for clean industrial environments.

It may be in demand in food processing plants, pharmaceutical industries, laboratories, medical institutions and other organizations that have special requirements for the cleanliness of the working environment.

The line includes three types of footwear:
  • sandals series 821;
  • closed half shoes series 820;
  • Lace-up low shoes series 823.
Each type is available in several configurations. You can choose a thermoplastic toe cap with 5J impact protection or a metal or composite toe cap with up to 200J of protection. Options with a polyurethane sole or a dual-layer PU/TPU sole with improved non-slip properties are also available.

This allows customers to choose not just white work shoes, but a model with the required level of protection.

Expansion of the antistatic series

Anti-static footwear remains a key product line. The 2026/27 edition sees further development of this series.

The new winter model is the A743T-1KVNM-1. It is designed for use in environments where static charge buildup can cause sparks and create additional hazards.

The model is equipped with:
  • two-layer conductive PU/TPU sole;
  • composite toe cap;
  • Kevlar puncture-resistant insole;
  • wool fur insulation;
  • upper made of genuine leather and textile.
The footwear combines antistatic properties with protection from mechanical impacts, petroleum products, acids and alkalis, as well as from low temperatures down to minus 30°C.

This is a relevant solution for the chemical and petrochemical industries, laboratories, the electronics industry and production facilities with explosive environments.

The Lime line now includes models with enhanced protection

In the new release, the Lime line has been expanded with 812TC boots and an insulated version, the 814TC.
New models received:
  • metal toe cap with impact resistance of 200 J;
  • metal anti-puncture insole;
  • two-layer PU/TPU sole;
  • protection from oil, petroleum products, acids and alkalis.
Model 814TC is additionally equipped with a faux fur lining and is designed for use at low temperatures.

Thus, the recognizable line with lime elements became not only visually noticeable, but also more functional.

New winter solutions for engineering and production personnel

The winter section of the catalogue has been significantly strengthened.
Special attention was given to footwear for engineering and technical workers. The new 741РКВНМ-1У model combines the appearance of modern work footwear with a high level of protection. It is made of genuine leather, features a multi-layer insulation lining, a composite toe cap, a Kevlar puncture-resistant insole, and a PU/nitrile outsole.

The model is designed for operation at temperatures down to -40°C and is suitable for employees who must move between production sites, open areas, and administrative premises.

In the high winter boots section, the models 763РКВНМ, 763РКВНМ-1У and 761РКВНМ-1У are presented as new and updated solutions.

The 761РКВНМ-1У, with a height of 38 cm, deserves special attention. The combined leather and textile upper is finished with a high cuff with a drawstring and closure. A multi-layer insulation consisting of wool fur, flannel, and a foil layer helps retain heat, while a composite toe cap and Kevlar insole provide mechanical protection.

Easy navigation instead of time-consuming searching

The PROSAFE range includes a wide variety of models and configurations. A single item can be produced with different toe caps, penetration-resistant insoles, and sole materials.

To make your selection easier, the catalog now features detailed navigation guides for mid-season and winter products. The tables allow for quick comparison:
  • footwear category;
  • toe cap type;
  • the presence of an anti-puncture insole;
  • sole material;
  • insulation;
  • page with detailed description.
Additionally, the pages contain QR codes leading to video reviews of products, documents, certificates, and relevant sections of the site.

The catalog becomes a link between printed material and digital information: basic parameters can be studied on the page, and details, photographs, and videos can be viewed on the website.

PROSAFE corporate special projects

A separate section is dedicated to the development of corporate safety footwear and clothing.

PROSAFE offers custom designs tailored to your corporate identity, color scheme, and specific business needs. Logos and other corporate identity elements can be applied to products while maintaining the necessary security features.

The direction is designed as a full-fledged service for companies that require custom equipment.
